By accessing or using the iFruite AI Chat platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

iFruite AI Chat is an enterprise SaaS platform that provides:

  • AI-powered chatbot creation and management
  • Multi-channel messaging integration (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
  • Conversation automation and customer support tools
  • Analytics and reporting features
  • White-label branding options

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content without consent
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Violate third-party platform terms (Meta, etc.)
  • Use the Service for illegal activities

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription. Payment terms:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LAMBERTAIN MC LAURENT GARCIA SP. Z O.O. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content solely for providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAMBERTAIN MC LAURENT GARCIA SP. Z O.O. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kraków, Poland.
