Do you work only with Odoo?
No. Odoo is the most common request, but we build modules and apps for any system with an API: Creatio, KeyCRM, SalesDrive, HubSpot, Zoho. Without an API we set up exchange via files or the database.
Community or Enterprise?
Most small businesses are fine with Community: it is free and the rest is added with modules. Enterprise makes sense when you need localized accounting out of the box, mobile apps or Odoo SA support.
Will your module break on an Odoo update?
Modules follow Odoo standards with no core patches, so they survive minor updates. A major version upgrade is separate work, estimated in advance.
Odoo is already installed by someone else. Will you take it over?
Yes. We start with an audit: what is installed, what is actually used, where the custom code is. Then we either extend it or say honestly that rebuilding is cheaper.
