Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data

1.1. The data controller is FOP Herasymiuk Nataliia Borysivna (Taxpayer ID 2871021324, state register entry No. 222526008071 of 10.01.2026), providing services under the Lambertain brand ("we").

1.2. This policy covers the website lambertain.site, the client portal on it, the website chat, the Lambertain Telegram bot and correspondence with us. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

2. What we collect

Website request (the "Discuss a project" form, calculator): name, contact (phone, e-mail or Telegram), task description, referral tags (UTM).
Website chat interview: your messages and voice answers (we transcribe them into text) so we can prepare a proposal.
Telegram bot and portal: Telegram ID and username, messages, task comments, files, questionnaire answers and data needed to deliver the project.
Contracts and invoices: full name or company name, tax or registration number, address, bank details, signatory contacts.
Card payments: card details are entered on the monobank payment page and are not shared with us; we only receive the payment status, amount and date.
Technical data and analytics: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, actions on the site (see section 6).

3. Why

to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and conclude an agreement;
to deliver the project: manage tasks and acceptance, send notifications via Telegram and e-mail;
to issue invoices, accept payments and keep accounts;
to improve the website and measure advertising performance;
to comply with legal requirements (accounting and tax records).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell data and share it only with services we cannot work without, and only to the extent necessary:

Railway (Railway Corp., USA) — hosting of the website, portal and database;
Telegram — delivery of notifications and bot messages;
Anthropic (USA) — the AI model that runs the chat interview and helps draft proposals and tasks; under the commercial API terms the data is not used to train models;
OpenAI, Groq (USA) — transcription of voice messages into text;
Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) — Google Analytics 4 web analytics and Google Ads advertising;
Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity) — on-site behaviour analytics (session recordings, heatmaps);
monobank (JSC Universal Bank, Ukraine) — card payment acceptance and the bank account;
people performing work on your project — to the extent needed for their tasks;
public authorities — only on grounds provided by law.

Some of these services are located outside Ukraine; data is transferred to perform the agreement with you and in compliance with the law.

5. How long we keep data

requests and correspondence without a concluded agreement — up to 2 years after the last contact;
project data — for the duration of the cooperation; copies of your working data are deleted within 30 days after the work is completed, unless agreed otherwise;
contracts, invoices and payment records — as long as accounting and tax laws require;
analytics — according to the services' settings (Google Analytics up to 14 months, Microsoft Clarity up to 13 months).

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential: pm_theme, pm_accent — your chosen colour theme; portal session cookies — signing in to your workspace.
Browser storage (localStorage): chosen language, first-visit referral tags (lam_utm) and the bot mailing button token (lam_lt) — to process your request correctly; sent to the server only together with your request.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years) and Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk, up to 1 year) — anonymised visit statistics. Analytics runs only on the public pages of the website; the portal, invoices and proposals are not tracked.

You can opt out of analytics at any time: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on or use a tracker blocker. The website works the same either way.

7. Security

The website and portal work only over secure HTTPS. Only we and the people working on your project, within their tasks, have access to the data. Links to invoices, proposals and questionnaires are personal and random and cannot be guessed.

8. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you have the right to:

know what data of yours we process, for what purpose and with whom we share it;
have inaccurate data corrected or deleted;
withdraw your consent to processing (this does not affect processing before withdrawal or data we are legally required to keep);
object to processing for analytics and advertising;
lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.
